Mulberry Alexa Bag Fake or Real?
Mulberry Alexa bag has been on the market for a while. I like Alexa Chung but when Alexa bag came out I had thought it is just another marketing trick and Alexa bag won’t last long.
After one year my friends are still talking about this bag. Whenever I go to Mulberry outlet in Bicester Village I saw people are crazy about it although its discounted price never drops more than 15%.
In the Mulberry store I found out one thing: the leather on Alexa bag can be varied from bag to bag. One bag has very smooth leather while the other one has very wrinkled and distressed leather. The sales people told me Mulberry did this on purpose (not sure if it is true or not though).
Real Mulberry Alexa Bag – Alexa bag has the light yellow golden hardware, instead of the vintage-look brass hardware from most Mulberry bags.

A good fake Mulberry Alexa bag costs almost £200 while a real one costs between £720 – £920 (it depends on where you buy it), which one will you prefer?

Have just returned from Bicester – They had Alexas and oversized Alexas – all at 30% discount – all in oak. The sales staff stated this is not a paticularly common occurance (current season AND popular colour) but they are sold as ‘seconds’ there was a little creasing to the side panels but as it was classed as non perfect – it was discounted – the oversized was £620.
All stock in Bicester has to be 30% discount at least (confirmed by the staff) to be sold there. Its either last season stock or seconds (hence the alexas)!
