Balenciaga Nappa Giant Hardware Medium Classic Motorcyle Bag - I recently found these online. They are not real, but I was surprised to find they almost got the leather right: distressed and glossy. But their leather look more shiny than the real bags.

From the description, this black giant hardware brief is made of lambskin. Its lambskin looks a bit smooth comparing with the original one below:

The following red Brief bag I found from some internet shop has the distressed glossy leather, but its red zipper in front lookks cheap.
How lovely this small Brief bag is! I doubt if Balenciaga has ever made the small version Brief.

For Balenciaga Giant hardware Brief bag, the big difference between the real and the fake is the leather. Although the sellers of the fake claim this distressed leather is thin, from what I saw from the photos, the original Brief has the more distressed, thin and glossy leather.
